it's rare that i have time to even think on a normal work day let alone do i have the time to sit down and enjoy a loverly espresso from only the finest blend from my good friends at glee roasters, but to have NO CUSTOMERS IS UN HEARD OF!!!!!! to save myself from pulling my have out i whipped out the camera and snapped a few vids having fun with some of my old yet favorite designs, as holidays are another two weeks where i am so i should have plenty of time to record some more vids, i'll also get cracking on some new designs and see what i can come up with, but enjoy this vid anyway cause i was pretty happy with the two vids plus i chucked the last one in for fun cause i managed to get it on cam as well, that bowl i poured it in is pretty interesting shaped so over the coming days i'll see what i can get happening with it, keep posted anyway and for all around my way pop in cause i need something to do to fill the slow days

Arnon Thitiprasert who have so much passion and love for coffee and the art, started working in Australia side by side with Jack Hanna (World Latte Art champion) in Jones the Grocer at Woollahra in Sydney. Jack trained him from the very basic till advanced latte art techniques. 

Since working with Jack, Arnon has also worked in La Piazza as Bartender/Barista. Here he met the 1st World Bartender runner-up 'Simon Laturiuw' who has guided him in developing his palate by tasting many different wines and spirits.

After 2 years of practising his palate, developing his latte art skills and also graduating from a famous coffee School in Australia, he finally opens his own café together with Simon in Cronulla beach - one of the most serious coffee drinking area in Australia. This is where he had a chance to share his passion about coffee with Paul Bassett, 2003 World Barista Champion and authorised barista trainer for so many leading coffee companies such as Di Lorenzo and Campos.

Just before he came back to his home town, he has decided to take his latte art skills around competitions in Australia. He has won:
• 3rd West Australia Latte Art Championship 
• 3rd Brisbane Latte Art Championship
• 1st ACT Latte Art Championship
• 2nd runner-up in Thailand Latte Art Championship 2011 
• 6th World Latte Art Championship 2011 in Netherlands.

As of 2011, he is the first and only Thai barista that reached the top six in the world latte art.
